LED screen rental
Do you need a large LED-screen for your event? How about one with a stage built into it!
DROPSTUFF MEDIA has two mobile screens for rental that are suitable for both inside and outside locations at affordable rates. The screen hydraulically lifts up to a height of 3.90 meters. This creates an excellent viewing range. The back of the screen is an editing and directing room as well as a perfect backstage. The bottom of the screen turns into a large, blank stage that is perfectly suited for presentations, installations or performances. A hybrid solution for multiple purposes!

High quality screen using 4 or 8 mm SMD-LEDS. Unique, custom made LED-trucks perfectly suited as mobile screen, displaybooth, DJ-booth, backstage.
Possible additonal rental of a soundset for 250 people with a wireless microphone, a live-streaming set or live camera feeds.

Terms and Conditions
Our prices for the rental of our LED screens are competitive. The prices depend on the duration of the rental period, and whether you need technical support on site. That is why we are happy to make a customized offer.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT 21%
• All quoted prices include transport and installation and dismantling at your location by our technical staff member up to 50 km one way from Utrecht.
• Payment conditions: 10% upon reservation, 60% two weeks prior to placement, and 30% within 2 weeks afterwards.
• The screen is standard equipped with a PC on which various files and DVDs can be played.
• In the event of disputes, Dutch law applies and DROPSTUFF.nl is only liable for cases of direct and demonstrable damage. The damage is a maximum of the agreed rental price. DROPSTUFF.nl excludes all liability due to consequential damage in advance.
The rental price is excluding:
• Crew: (Technical) crew is possible at an additional cost of 300 euros per person per 8 hours
• Internet: Interactive applications and Live TV require stable internet and / or KPN Digitenne
• Power current connections and power costs
• Content: The client is responsible for the correct delivery of content
• Image scaler: Possible to rent for an additional charge of 100 euros per day.
