Solar Initiative have created an animation in which the name Rietveld emerges in a subtle, almost subliminal way. The clear lines, high-level distributions, exact size and proportions and balanced colours of Gerrit Rietveld revive in this abstract, initially elusive, animation. Within the strict framework of the art of this non-conformist from Utrecht, Solar have played with elements from his work: the vast universe of Rietveld.
